Great location, just 100m from the main ski lift. Lovely spa with indoor pool, jacuzzi, Hammam, and sauna. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Beautiful views from the room and sunny balcony. Short walk to the charming village with restaurants and coffee shops.

The hotel was perfectly located right next to the ski lift, making it extremely convenient for skiing. the staff were incredibly helpful and the service was exceptional. the rooms were clean, albeit a bit on the small side, but the comfortable beds and stunning balcony views made up for it. the food served in the dining room was excellent and the leisure facilities were top-notch, providing a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes. the hotel offered a fantastic experience with its convenient location, attentive staff, and excellent amenities.

One drawback was the size of the rooms, which could be a bit cramped for families. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Great service and lovely views! the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Location was absolutely perfect, everything was easily reachable by walking. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great views of the surrounding area. the restaurant also had delicious food, which was handy since we didn't have to go very far to eat. we had a nice time staying here.

The sauna was out of order for our entire stay, which was a huge letdown. the gym was also not well maintained and didn't have enough equipment to work out effectively.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, right next to the ski lift and on the ski slopes. The staff provided exceptional service, from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. The range of amenities and services offered was impressive, including housekeeping, laundry, ski pass vendor, and ski equipment hire. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with heating, a balcony, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel's leisure facilities were also top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and sun terrace. The garden area was perfect for relaxation. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in La Clusaz. The location was great, just a short walk from the center of town. The hotel also had family rooms, which was perfect for my group.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the village center and breathtaking mountain views from the room. the pool and sun terrace were a delightful feature, especially during the hot weather.

Some areas of the hotel's exterior were a bit unkempt, which took away from the overall image. there were a few inexperienced staff members who didn't provide the level of service one would expect.

As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant. The pool and spa area were clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The hotel's location offered great views and was just a short walk from the town center. The bedrooms had large beds and modern bathrooms, with enough space to sit and relax.

Felt so at home, no complaints whatsoever.
