My stay at Best Western Alba Hotel was delightful! I loved starting my day with warm, flaky croissants and a cozy atmosphere in the breakfast area. The staff were genuinely friendly and always eager to help.

However, I did run into a hiccup with the room's amenities. I wished there had been a kettle in the room for hot drinks, and sometimes the cleaning wasn’t up to par. Also, the separate toilet layout was a bit quirky.

Unfortunately, we faced several challenges during our stay. The air conditioning in our room didn't function properly, leaving us uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the noise from the back of the hotel was quite distracting, diminishing our ability to relax. While the location was convenient, it did come with its downsides regarding peace and comfort.

Location was superb, with the tram stop right at the door. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt limited and more French than substantial.

During my stay, I appreciated the location, with easy access to public transport. One evening, I took the tram to the Vielle Ville, which was just a few stops away. I found the room clean, and the air conditioning functioned well. The absence of comfortable seating in the room was noticeable. Despite that, the staff helped with everything, which made the trip enjoyable. I'm an art enthusiast from New York, so this location was ideal for exploring cultural sites.

the noise level was unbearable, with guests yelling in hallways. as if that wasn't enough, the split-level layout of my room could have been straight out of a horror movie! i expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a descent response to my dilemma, but it was a mere thought, and not a reality. thanks for nothing.

I absolutely loved the breakfast here! Freshly baked croissants and hot scrambled eggs made my mornings delightful. The location was perfect for exploring, with the old town and beach easily accessible within a short walk. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing local recommendations that truly enhanced my stay.

Location was superb with tram stop at the door. The room had just been renovated, equipped well with a super comfy bed. Housekeeping was exceptional, and I enjoyed the air conditioning. Friendly staff provided excellent service. I can't wait to return!

Great location on a bustling street with many restaurants the staff were friendly and helpful always ready with tips on where to eat 😊 the breakfast had freshly baked croissants and good variety.

The breakfast could offer more types of bread overall it was quite satisfying.

We were so happy with this place! It's super close to the train station, and the staff was super friendly—helped us out with everything. The AC was a lifesaver, and breakfast had a good variety, especially the coffee machine! Just wish the bathroom setup was a bit different, but it was super clean too.

Clean and comfortable room with excellent soundproofing, making it quiet despite facing a busy street. The location is fantastic, right on a main shopping avenue with many dining options and close to the tram station, perfect for exploring. The breakfast had delightful fresh French bread along with quality cold cuts and cheeses. However, the bathroom layout was somewhat quirky, and the breakfast area could feel cramped during peak times, but overall, it was a solid choice for a stay.

Wi-Fi was excellent and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Issues with air conditioning.
