the lodge exceeded my expectations during this luxurious holiday. the staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and friendly. the rooms were beautifully appointed and the breakfast selection was extensive.

no in-room tea/coffee facilities

The location is ideal, with easy access to the main part of town and historical sites without the noise. The rooms are spacious, charmingly decorated, and clean, with comfortable beds and great mountain views. The bathroom has a powerful shower. The staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming, offering tea/coffee upon arrival. Breakfast is delicious and homemade. Additionally, there is on-site parking, a beautiful entrance hall, and a sunny patio.

The hotel lacks character.

The location of the lodge was perfect, close enough to the town center to walk but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful stay. In Catherine's garden, we were able to relax and unwind in a very quiet area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The service provided by Catherine and her staff was exceptional, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The expensive price for laundry service.

Cosy and traditional hotel with a home-like atmosphere. Super-friendly staff, making you feel like family. Spacious and clean rooms, with a view of the beautiful cathedral spires. Separate shower and bath in the bathroom. Well-kept and maintained, no signs of wear and tear. Convenient location, only minutes away from the town center. Good-sized car park available. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Excellent Wi-Fi reception. Delicious cooked-to-order breakfast

Felt really comfortable, no complaints

I had a truly delightful stay at a pretty and comfy guesthouse in Killarney. The quiet room I stayed in had a double and single bed, and the shower was fantastic. The Irish breakfast served in the morning was the best I had during my whole trip. The location of the guesthouse was ideal, with easy parking and just a short walk to the heart of Killarney. Additionally, the two women I interacted with during check-in and check-out were very nice and efficient. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a pleasant stay in Killarney.

Great service and convenient location near restaurants and gardens. the staff was friendly and helpful, and even stored our golf clubs until they were picked up. the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Plus, there was 24 hour access to tea and coffee.

The lounge area for tea and coffee was a bit inconvenient to get to.

I loved my stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions of where to go. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the nice extra touches like free toiletries and free Wi-Fi. The garden area was also charming and a great place to relax.

It had a cosy and traditional feel, just like a home away from home. the staff, especially the ladies serving breakfast, were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. Our room was enormous with a double bed, sofa, and a long desk. It was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and bath. We also enjoyed the lovely view of the garden from our window. the lodge was well-located, just a few minutes away from the main street. everything was kept in top-notch condition, and we couldn't find a single flaw.
