During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the warm and welcoming staff at the hotel. They were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the hotel offered a cozy bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the room we were allocated was quite small and cramped.

my recent stay was amazing- the hotel's location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. the warm and friendly atmosphere, along with the personalized service, truly exceeded my expectations. i loved the happy-time with wine and local specialties, fostering a sense of community among guests. happiness was definitely felt throughout my stay at this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as I could easily walk to the central areas of the city, including the busy shopping and eating area of Capitole de Toulouse. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with great recommendations for local food options. The hotel also had secure car parking available, which was very convenient. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Matabiau SNCF train station and right next to the Historic centre. It is also conveniently located on the main road just before the Jeanne d'Arc bus station. The rooms are modern and full of character, with features such as skylights and traditional beams. The bathrooms are also modern and equipped with great showers. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and even a personal wake-up call. The continental breakfast is more than adequate.

The maid service sometimes falls short, with occasional lapses in replenishing coffee creamer or folding and replacing towels.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The host was incredibly friendly and showed us everything we needed. The apartment itself is located on a quiet street, making it a peaceful place to stay. It has excellent bus connections, both to Websummit and the city centre. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and all the appliances were in perfect working condition. The furniture looked brand new, and the kitchen even had a bottle of water, tea, and coffee waiting for us. Despite the cool temperatures outside, the apartment was warm and cozy. Using codes instead of keys was also very convenient. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Innes! the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and surrounded by supermarkets. the room size was just right for a single person and the staff were all incredibly friendly and provided us with lots of useful suggestions. We especially loved the amazing breakfast buffet, which exceeded our expectations. the hotel had an elevator and was perfect for solo travelers. the concept of the hotel was great, with a modern and cozy atmosphere. the reception staff were professional and friendly, providing excellent service. We were impressed with their quick response to messages and their fluency in English and French.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Innes, with its perfect central location. Within just a few minutes, we could walk to vibrant nightlife spots without being disturbed by street noise. the complimentary coffee and filtered water in the lobby were a cute touch. Our room was impeccably clean, and the towels were changed every day. the beds and pillows provided an incredibly comfortable night's sleep. But the biggest highlight was the staff, who were friendly and attentive. We especially loved the aperitifs and the surprise gift of free champagne as a token of gratitude for opting out of room servicing for a day. Hats off to Happyculture for this thoughtful gesture!

the coffee makers were consistently out of order, and everything took a frustratingly long time.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with most of the town's major tourist attractions within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful receptionist to the attentive night staff. They made all the efforts to ensure my comfort and went out of their way to deliver good service. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a leisure/tv room, providing additional relaxation options.

I had a pleasant experience during my one-night stay at Hotel Innes. the breakfast was good and the staff member on shift was very helpful. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of the city center and close to public transportation. the hotel has been nicely modernized, and although the room was small, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. the hot water in the bathroom was also a plus.
