The hotel is conveniently located near two tram stops, making it easy to explore the city. Just a short walk takes me to the vibrant shopping and dining options around the Bellecour area. I appreciated the spacious room with a lovely view and modern amenities like free water taps.

The air conditioning was quite old and noisy, which was a bit annoying at night.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and Myriam at the front desk went above and beyond to assist with my luggage issue. The spacious room had ample natural light and a comfy bed, making for a restful sleep.

I almost wrote a positive review, but the antiquated safe was a challenge, and the lack of room service was disappointing. I expected a congratulatory card for our anniversary but got nothing. It woudl ve been nice if they mentioned those church bells nearby before my stay, as sleep was not a priority here!

During my stay, I loved how the hotel is just a short walk from the local tram stops, making it super convenient for reaching spots like the stunning Basilica of Notre Dame de Fourvière, which is only about 30 minutes away on foot. The vibrant Place Bellecour is just a stroll away, allowing for easy exploration of the local shops and eateries.

location is super good, right next to tram stops & walking distance to shopping. the staff were real friendly and helped with my bags. rooms were quiet even tho it was busy, loved that! there’s a cool courtyard to chill in and the lobby area felt lively. also, i liked the water dispenser with sparkling water, nice touch!

but the ac was loud and old, really hard to sleep sometimes. plus, the breakfast service had waiting times that felt like forever!

The buffet breakfast included fun options like a pancake maker and various syrups, although the selection felt a bit limited. The tiered garden area was a wonderful chill-out spot to unwind after a day of exploring. However, a small fridge in the room would have enhanced the experience, and the bathroom cups could have been upgraded from paper to glass for a touch of luxury.
