I recently stayed at Studio 89 Katipunan Qc for a short business trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with beds that were nice and cozy. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a variety of dining options. a truly great experience at an affordable price. I would definitely love to stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay at a conveniently located hotel near Ateneo University. The beds were fine and we always had hot water. The WiFi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected. For those seeking a peaceful stay, this modern hotel is the perfect choice. The location is away from the noisy busy streets and boasts nearby conveniences- like the LRT station and UP Town mall, with easy access to a nearby university. The rooms are pleasantly comfortable and cleanly, with friendly staff providing great service and free toiletries. Gym and Food court also available on site, providing excellent facilities.

The TV and wifi quality can be a lackluster experience spoiling some guests' enjoyment.

I loved the gym upstairs, it had some great equipment to work out with. I had a great time after a long day of sightseeing and exploring the city. I'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for those on a budget. The prices are very reasonable and it's located on a minor street which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and pay attention to every detail within the room - the furnishings all seem brand new and the basic amenities are all taken care of. The location is in a nice neighborhood - it's easy to get around and there are many options for food nearby. The breakfast served was also a great way to start the day.

The staffs were helpful and approachable. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had two shower rooms and two toilets, perfect for simultaneous use. The towels provided were thick and absorbent. The unit had fast wifi and cold ACU. The location of the hotel was accessible and strategic. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
