We had a fantastic stay at Gaillon Opera, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist us, and their ability to speak multiple languages made communication easy. the location was ideal, right next to the Palais Garnier / Opera and within walking distance to tourist attractions like the Louvre. there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and metro stations nearby. the room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. we highly recommend Gaillon Opera for its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent staff.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Spent Easter away from home and had a terrible experience. However, the complementary chocolate eggs were amazing and the location was spot on. Only a stone's throw away from popular spots, making it easy to navigate the city. Another advantage was the friendly staff who greeted us with a warm smile.

The room was a total letdown. the bed was uncomfortable and the room had a terrible smell.

Guests can enjoy a delicious cafe croissant in a nearby cafe or visit the good bakery on the Place Saint Honoré. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good beds and newly renovated bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, offering to store luggage after check-out. The breakfast room is charming and the free Wi-Fi connection works well in the rooms.

Some guests mentioned a faint mildew smell in the bathroom, although the front desk provided air spray to alleviate the issue.
