The apartment looked nice and was in a great location close to the beach. The staff was pleasant and the access to the apartment was easy. The property was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.

The elevator was out of order during my stay, which meant I had to climb up and down several flights of stairs every time I needed to leave or return to the apartment. It was quite a challenge with my luggage.

Our New Year stay at this apartment was overall okay. The room was clean and spacious, just like in the pictures. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was convenient when we wanted to prepare meals at home. The location was great, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bus stops, and the beach. It felt safe and friendly in the neighborhood. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.

the communication with customer service was a major problem. We never received replies to our inquiries, which caused inconvenience.
