Welcoming staff, exceptionally clean room and areas, great view from balcony, easy access to prom/beach and old town. Wi-Fi excellent, secure underground parking, lots of TV channels. Spacious room with ample storage and well-designed bathroom. Staff were delightful, good choice of menu, excellent dinner. Comfortable beds and good height.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were welcoming and proactive, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room and all areas were exceptionally clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of clear horizontal surfaces for our belongings in such a small room. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we loved the easy access to the promenade and the beach.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a great location on the promenade, offering a wonderful view of the beach and Fort. Best Western Alexandra provided delicious breakfasts with fresh-squeezed orange juice. the staff was delightful and welcoming, always eager to help. the room and all areas were exceptionally clean, with plenty of space for our belongings. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its great view of the promenade and easy access to the beach and the charming old town of St Malo.

Great location right by the promenade and sea, with beautiful views. Excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice and plenty of fruits.

The hotel did not live up to the high expectations. the room was not properly cleaned, with trash left in bins and towels not replaced.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Saint-Malo and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is perfect - overlooking the promenade and the sea, it's just a short walk along a boulevard boasting modernist architecture to the old town, and a quick drive to the ferry port. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with a warm welcome and even offering a complimentary upgrade on our room. Speaking English fluently, they made us feel at home and even engaged with our children, which was a lovely touch.
