I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Marseille. the location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant Old Port. I loved being away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to experience the lively atmosphere of the city. Secondly, the staff were outstanding, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and bent over backward to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, modern, and had a boulevard view. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were even better than what was shown in the pictures. this hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a large shopping center with a tramway running nearby. It's also just a short walk to the two islands in the harbor. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with adjustable air conditioning and plenty of hot water in the modern bathrooms. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing wake-up calls and organizing taxis. Additionally, the hotel offers free tea and coffee, as well as refreshing iced water in the lobby area.

The shower doors in some rooms may not close properly, causing water to spill onto the floor.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling old port with its bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and well-supplied, offering plenty of choices to start the day.

Access to the hotel by car was a bit challenging, and parking in the public car park was expensive.

The hotel had a great location, close to public transportation and a short walk to the main attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a nice variety and the free aperitifs were a great touch. we appreciated the quietness of our room and it was perfect for a good night's sleep.

The soundproofing of the room wasn't great, as we could hear noise from the street. the air-conditioning wasn't working properly and the staff wasn't very helpful in fixing the issue.

Friendly and helpful staff, centrally located clean hotel. One specific situation from the database reviews that happened to a hotel guest that I would like to mention is the issue with the reservation at check-in. Unfortunately, I experienced a similar situation where the reserved room was not available upon arrival. However, the staff promptly resolved the issue and provided an alternative room. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience at Hotel Marsiho By Happyculture was pleasant. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the old town and is within easy walking distance of the train station. There are also plenty of great shopping and dining options nearby. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The buffet breakfast is excellent and there are tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Additionally, on level 1, there is free tea/coffee/water available all day, which is ideal for those with a late flight. The reception staff, particularly Theo and Ramona, are extremely helpful.
