The room service here was top-notch, always prompt and efficient. the restaurant on the second floor offered a fantastic dining experience, and the in-room breakfast was a pleasant surprise. the bar/lounge area had a great ambiance and was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. the location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Hanging Gardens and Babulnath Temple.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, I feel that the hotel could improve in terms of the fitness center equipment. Although it was well-maintained, it seemed a bit lacking in terms of variety.

The room did not meet our expectations. Despite being non-smokers, we were given a smoking room which had a very strong cigarette smell that was difficult to breathe in.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, I left as a satisfied client and would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in when possible. The hotel's Sudama restaurant serves exceptional vegetarian food, with options for specific dietary requirements. it provides a good experience with its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and delicious food.

There were some issues with the hotel's system, resulting in confusion regarding bed arrangements and room availability.

We loved the fact that we had the fitness hall all to ourselves, making our workouts more enjoyable. the parties held every weekend were a special highlight, adding a fun and vibrant atmosphere to our stay. Special thanks to the restaurant on the second floor, where the food was exceptional and the room service was quick and efficient. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was a great value for money. We highly recommend Krishna Palace and look forward to staying here again.
