We loved the artsy and creative vibe at Secret Garden. The communal areas with beautiful murals and plants were perfect for chilling out. The staff, especially Banh, provided exceptional service and were always friendly and attentive. The room was decorated nicely, clean, and had a good air-conditioner. The location was convenient, not too noisy, and close to the main shops. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at a hostel in an ideal location, close to the boulevard but peaceful. the staff was sweet, kind, and helpful. the private room was spacious and clean. the communal area was perfect for relaxation. the hostel organized a fantastic day cruise to Lan Ha Bay and scooter rental was smooth. Can't recommend enough for solo travelers.

The keycard system can be frustrating, as it requires constant renewal and can lead to difficulty accessing your room.
