This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We particularly enjoyed the freshly baked multi-grain rolls. Secondly, the check-in and check-out experiences were excellent, with the staff being polite and attentive. Lastly, the airport transportation provided by the hotel was top-notch.

The restaurant service was a bit slow and unattentive. It took a while for us to get our menus and our drinks after ordering, and when the food finally arrived, it was not as good as we expected.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with the Tube station really close by and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were so helpful and even allowed me to check in early. The room was well decorated and had all the essentials I needed for a comfortable night away.

Located just a few minutes' walk away from the airport terminal, this hotel offered me a convenient way to rest after a long flight. The shuttle bus made it even easier to reach the hotel, and I loved the fact that I didn't have to walk long distances just to find my room. The hotel was surprisingly well-maintained, and I found my room to be quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped with fresh towels. The breakfast spread was decent, and I appreciated the variety of different foods on offer.

The restaurant food was a bit of a let-down. While I appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on site, the quality of the food didn't meet my expectations.

We stayed for the New Year and the hotel offered complimentary champagne and snacks which was a nice touch. the location was also great, being within walking distance to the airport and shops. the swimming pool was well-maintained and enjoyable to use.

The sheets did not seem to have been changed and there were stains on the carpet. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us when we had questions about the area.
