Stayed here for Christmas and the decor was lovely. the staff was friendly and made an effort to make it a festive experience. the location was great, very close to all the shops and restaurants. the room was also clean and comfortable.

The heating did not work properly, and it was quite cold in the room. the breakfast was overpriced, and we opted to eat out instead.

The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to the old town, Bellecour, and Hotel de Ville. There were also plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby.
