Stayed here for Christmas and the decor was lovely. the staff was friendly and made an effort to make it a festive experience. the location was great, very close to all the shops and restaurants. the room was also clean and comfortable.

The heating did not work properly, and it was quite cold in the room. the breakfast was overpriced, and we opted to eat out instead.

the front desk, breakfast, and cleaning staff at Best Western were excellent. They were kind and accommodating. the room setup was a bit odd with a separate toilet and sink/shower, but it wasn't much of a hassle. the shower was spacious, although the sink area was small. the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the use of reusable towels and amenities provided in mounted bottles. the hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to the old town, Bellecour, and Hotel de Ville. There were also plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby.
