The location of the hotel is great, within easy walking distance to the train station, the beach, and the restaurants in the area. It is also conveniently close to the old town. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.

The air conditioning in the room seemed to be ineffective, as the room temperature was quite warm despite turning it on. The sleeping pillows were also very flat, it would be nice to have the option of both flat and higher pillows.

The hotel is centrally located and close to the beach. The bed in the room was large and comfortable.

We've stayed at this place before and it's always a great experience. The location is superb, just a couple of minutes to the Rue Du France with numerous bars and restaurants, and even less to the Promenade des Anglais. It's excellent for exploring all that this city has to offer. The staff is pleasant and the service is fantastic. They have everything you could need, from room amenities like heating and air conditioning to in-room safes and soundproofed rooms.

They were extremely helpful with providing information about the area and giving recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach, train station, and city center. the staff, breakfast, and location were the best aspects of my stay.

The only downside was the unreliable WiFi. It kept dropping out and required frequent signing in, which was quite frustrating.
