I booked because of the hotel's reputation and Indian restaurant, and I wasn't disappointed. The food at Maya was delicious - better than expected for Indian vegetarians like us. The breakfast even had Indian veg options. The staff was quick to fix a problem with the AC and gave us chocolates as an apology. Holiday Inn tried hard to keep us happy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was very impressed. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have two malls within walking distance. And the fact that it was right near the station was a major plus. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and well appointed. I felt like I was in my own little oasis. The staff were amazing and gave me the best service. From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, they made sure I had everything I needed. I felt so well taken care of.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wide variety of international cuisine for breakfast. Gym and pool facilities are well-maintained. Unexpected birthday surprise from morning reception staff was delightful.

Located in a prime spot in the city, surrounded by a plethora of dining options ranging from local restaurants to Western eateries and a bustling expat center, the hotel is easily accessible via the Asok BTS or Sukhumvit MRT stations. The rooms are well-maintained with ample amenities and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is impressive with an extensive selection. Additionally, the staff is polite and conscientious. The rooftop bar offers a relaxing atmosphere with a lovely view of the open area.

One of the rooms had a slightly dated setup but was still well-equipped with adequate amenities.

The food was tasty , staff were kind and helpful, generous compensation for issue with room , area felt safe, conveniently located near public transportation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping malls nearby. It was also conveniently close to the BTS/MRT, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, especially the bed. Despite being situated next to a main road, the sound insulation was impressive. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had great communication skills in English. Special mention goes to Fluke, who provided exceptional hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, although it would have been nice to see more vegetarian/Indian options considering the number of Indian guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and top-notch service.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Sukhumvit was fantastic! I was in Bangkok for a leisure trip and stayed for four days. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. They provided excellent information on getting around the city. The room, although a bit too dark for my liking, had a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to transportation and shopping districts. The outdoor pool area was lovely, although I didn't get a chance to use it. a wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok and had a wonderful experience. The staff at Holiday Inn were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The highlight was the pool area, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices, including a delicious Thai noodle soup station. I was also pleased with the hotel's convenient location, close to the local BTS service and surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants.

For us, the hotel was ideal.

Had a blast this Xmas at the hotel! Loved the cozy room with amazing views of the city lights. Free breakfast provided was a treat, with made-to-order eggs, tasty bacon, and lots of fruit. Plus, the location was perfect, just steps away from shopping and entertainment. It was great to be able to walk to everything we wanted to do. And did I mention the rooftop bar? What a way to spend the holiday season, sipping delicious cocktails while taking in the stunning skyline.

Honestly, couldn't find anything really negative about our stay. The only downside was the crowded lobby during peak times.
