During my Christmas stay, I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff treated me like family, making me feel right at home. the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently situated just a few steps away from the famous flea market, providing a unique and local experience. the proximity to the subway station made it incredibly easy for me to explore all of Paris without any hassle.

That my room did not have a private toilet. I had to share with another room on the first floor.

the Garibaldi Metro station was right beside Cafe Hotel De L'Avenir, making it easy to get around. the staff were friendly and the restaurant downstairs had a good menu and live music in the evenings. Public transport was convenient, and the staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, which worked nicely. the room was comfortable and clean, and there was even an outdoor toilet. a good choice for an affordable and clean hotel.

There were also no elevators, which was inconvenient.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel opposite the train station, and our experience at Cafe Hotel De L'Avenir surpassed our expectations! the staff had a genuine, nice attitude, and the location was excellent. the restaurant/cafe on the ground floor was very pleasant and always busy with locals. Our room, number 24, was unique and spacious, with big windows and plenty of natural light. It provided a nice outlook on the nearby church and park. the room was also serviced every day, ensuring cleanliness and comfort. we had an excellent experience and look forward to staying there again.

My wife says that it would've been great if there was a play area or some form of entertainment for the children.

I recently stayed at the Cafe Hotel in Saint-Ouen for a short trip to Paris. The staff greeted us warmly and explained everything clearly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient with a metro station nearby and plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the cafe on the ground floor which was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

the staff at Cafe Hotel De L'Avenir were incredibly nice and accommodating. Even though we arrived early in the morning, they let us leave our luggage and stowed it in our room until check-in time. the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the towels were spotless. It would've been nice to have a water heater in the room, though.

I had a very charming stay at this hotel. the rooms were small but still comfortable, and the bathroom exceeded my expectations with a nice shower. the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location was perfect, just next to Montmartre with a metro and bus station right across the street. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable and delicious dinner options, and the breakfast with coffee, baguette, and croissants was a great deal at only 6,-€.
