Bed comfortable, spotlessly clean, tea and coffee making facilities, nice hot shower with good water pressure. Two minutes walk from friend, short walk from RER stations to Central Paris. Five-minute walk to Epinay center. Staff friendly and helpful despite being short staffed. Good size room, offered different room when air conditioning not working. Very nice, helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet has a lot to offer. Rooms cool despite heat. Quiet and green surroundings. Possible to run in nearby park. Comfortable overnight stop with usual facilities. Recently updated room with new bathroom fittings and shower. Evening meal ok, good choice for breakfast. Good value for money, close to Orly airport. Traffic heavy at 7.00PM on a Thursday evening.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with how quickly I was checked in. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a nice attention to detail. I especially liked the fact that they had tea-making facilities and a kettle, which is quite rare in French hotels. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was great value for money. The location was convenient, fairly close to Orly Airport and the center of Epinay. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the 5-star clean bathroom.

The hotel was conveniently located near my work site and had easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and was included in the room rate. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with directions and recommendations for local restaurants.

The rooms were a bit dated and in need of some renovations. the noise level was also higher than expected due to nearby construction.

Perfect for a one night in-between places. Comfy bed, clean rooms. Extra points for Jean Francois at reception, super friendly and professional. Cons: Oh, how I love motel-style views of parking lots! And the deposit situation, truly a rollercoaster ride of banking delays.

The room was clean and as advertised. the hotel offered free parking and the breakfast was satisfactory.

The hotel room door was difficult to close and the buffet dinner options were not appetizing. the hotel is located far from restaurants and supermarkets and the reception closes at 11pm, which is inconvenient.
