We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful chateau nestled in the stunning Ardeche region. The location was perfect, just a short walk down through the Chateau's park to the charming village. Our apartment was modern and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious jacuzzi bath. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts on the Chateau's terrace, taking in the breathtaking view. It was a relaxing and unforgettable experience.

It would have been even better if there was a shower in the bathroom instead of just a handheld option.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the town center and easy to access. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, greeting us with a warm smile. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch to the beautiful decor and created a cozy ambiance. The indoor pool was a nice extra and the spa services were great.

The WiFi connection was poor in the rooms and often disconnected. The heating system was very loud and kept us up during the night. The food at the hotel was not good and there were not many restaurant options in the area that were open during the holidays. it was an okay experience, but not worth the high price.

We stayed for five nights at this beautiful chateau and had an absolutely wonderful time. The owner, Marie-Antoinette, provided us with personal and attentive service that made us feel right at home. The suite we were upgraded to was stunning, with opulent decor and modern amenities that included air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the hot summer days. We especially loved playing the old piano and having breakfast on the terrace, with its beautiful views over the valley.
