I had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel located right in the center of the city. The convenient location allowed me to easily explore the famous attractions and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself had a beautiful and serene Lanna style decoration, creating a peaceful ambiance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, with a sweet touch of extended breakfast hours from 6:30-12, perfect for those on vacation. I was amazed by their attention to detail and the fact that they even notified us about a lost item, showing their exceptional service.

A true lifesaver! In the dead of night, I had a car accident near the hotel. TAN from Makka Hotel went above and beyond, coming to my aid and helping me communicate with the homeowner. He even assisted me with the insurance process the next morning, making everything run smoothly. I'm forever grateful for his exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the old town quarter with easy access to the Night Bazaar and other tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had strong WiFi and a large-screen TV in the room, along with a bowl of fruit and bottled water provided daily.

There was no pool available at the hotel.

The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, with options for different cuisines. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing mosquito repellent and zappers for the rooms. The location was great, close to restaurants and other attractions, without too much noise.

The lack of a pool and a proper view from the room was a downside. some of the pillows were high and hard, making for a slightly uncomfortable sleep.
