This luxurious 4-star hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They even helped carry my luggage to the room upstairs! The rooms themselves were spacious and recently renovated, with each room having its own unique personality and color scheme on the walls. The attention to detail was impressive, with everything clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the valuable information provided by the staff, including sheets with recommendations for local restaurants and châteaux in the area.

A Memorable Stay in a Beautiful Chateau

During our stay at Chateau Meyre, we were treated like royalty in our own private chateau. The highlight of our trip to Bordeaux, this charming boutique hotel boasts seven exquisitely decorated rooms and a stunning property with vineyards, a swimming pool, and even croquet. Wandering through the vineyards at sunset with a glass of wine in hand was a truly magical experience.

We had an amazing time staying in this charming chateau. The location, nestled amongst vineyards, was absolutely beautiful. One evening, we enjoyed a peaceful stroll through the rose garden during sunset, which was idyllic. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The staff provided excellent service and the complimentary breakfast in the dining room was delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to the supermarket for food. Additionally, the chateau's proximity to Bordeaux city centre was a major plus.

Although the Chateau Meyre Avensan received positive reviews, some guests mentioned that there was no on-site restaurant available for evening meals.
