The rooms are modern and comfortable, with good water pressure in the roomy shower. The lobby is a cozy place to lounge in. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and parking is easy.

The hotel had a modern and trendy vibe, which I really enjoyed. the lobby area was spacious and had a cool atmosphere with pool tables and a bar. the room was functional and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked that the hotel offered a free cooked, to, order breakfast, which was delicious. the location was great, with easy access to the airport and other attractions in the city.

One negative aspect was that at check, in, I had to show my ID and credit card even though I had already done mobile check, in. It felt a bit unnecessary.

I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be staying here again the next time I fly out of Buffalo.

We experienced some issues with the customer service at this hotel. the staff seemed to be unaware of the procedures for changing payment methods, causing confusion and leaving us without a receipt.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the modern decor in the rooms was really nice. The lobby was a great place to relax and the shower had good water pressure. a great experience!
