The room at Citadines La Defense Paris was surprisingly spacious and had a separate toilet and shower, which was convenient. The beds were comfortable and the location was great, being just a short walk to the Metro station. The view from the balcony was excellent, with landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Sacre Couer easily visible. At night, the view was especially impressive. The hotel's proximity to the Metro station made it easy to explore downtown Paris quickly. The kitchenette in the room was also a plus, allowing us to prepare some meals.

The cooking facilities are good, and there are self-service laundry and pressing facilities available. The complimentary WiFi is fantastic, and there is even a printer and desk computer in the lobby. The staff are helpful and can arrange taxis for guests. a great option for families with children.

We were delighted with the complementary welcome drinks and chocolate bars in our room upon arrival. the hotel's location was perfect as it was just a stone's throw from the metro station and a variety of restaurants. We also enjoyed lounging on the balcony in the evening, taking in the picturesque view of the city.

It took us ages to locate the front entrance, which was hidden in a poorly lit side street. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky.

It's very convenient being located very near to the Metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
