the staff at Citadines in Courbevoie seemed to confuse me for a regular guest. my room was more of a closet, and I couldn't even stand comfortably in the bathroom! not only that, but I was treated like an inconvenience while begging for fresh towels, even after I expected a welcome gift for my 'special' stay. absolutely ridiculous.

Esplanade de la Defense metro station, just a short stroll away. The apartment was well-equipped for self-catering, making my family feel at home during our four-night stay. Just a heads up—take the penultimate metro stop to avoid a long walk with luggage.

We enjoyed two nights here! The room had a cozy kitchenette with a dishwasher and a fridge, making it easy to prepare snacks. Loved the nearby mall and eateries. perfect for exploring. Just a tip, the bus stop is a bit far, so rolling your luggage can be tricky!

The air conditioning definitely leaves something to be desired!!! Housekeeping services only for long stays? A bit lacking!!! Disturbing noise from adjacent rooms was quite bothersome!!! Not to mention those cramped bathrooms!!!

The kitchenette was super handy, even had a tiny dishwasher. It made our stay feel like a home away from home.
