Great location close to public transport, with spacious rooms featuring well-fitted kitchenettes and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and always helpful! Unlimited hot water was much appreciated too!

Walls felt a bit dated and could use better soundproofing, while the absence of air conditioning made the room warm. Limited cooking supplies were disappointing as well.

No tea, coffee, or basic cooking supplies like oil and salt provided!!! The room could really use another chair rather than just one dining chair and one lounge chair!!! Plus, a small ledge or table in the bathroom would help!!!

However, the room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom needed better cleaning as I noticed mold around the tiles. Good for those planning to explore the local market and need basic amenities.

Check-in was frustratingly slow, taking over 30 minutes despite multiple staff being available. Additionally, the room felt uncomfortably hot with inadequate cooling, and the lack of sufficient kitchenware made preparing meals inconvenient. I also had issues with the payment process, being charged in dollars unexpectedly, which resulted in additional fees that felt unjustified.

Utterly satisfied.

The studio flat was super clean and had a nice balcony with a great view, perfect for a relaxing evening. I loved hanging out in the leisure room and using the coffee machine in the lobby while unwinding. Just a heads up, the room could use a little refresh, but it didn't take away from my stay! 😊
