We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and made sure that all our needs were met. The apartment was incredibly clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern, spacious bathroom. We also appreciated the availability of a parking garage, even though it came at an extra charge. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a large number of local restaurants. We were thrilled to find a Franprix grocery store and a huge covered market just minutes away, perfect for food shopping. Additionally, the view from our seventh-floor apartment was lovely, with treetops and a beautifully lit tower at night.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for travelling by train and tram, and it was easy to walk to the main landmarks of the city. the room was equipped with a small kitchen which was useful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it very difficult to sleep at night, especially during the summer months when temperatures can be quite high. the room only got cleaned once a week, which was not very satisfactory.

The location of the hotel was excellent for my needs. It was just a short tram ride away from Part-Dieu station, which made it convenient for my train travels. The hotel also had a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, which was very helpful for preparing meals. Despite some limitations, the staff was generally good and accommodating. I had a satisfactory stay at Citadines Part-Dieu Lyon.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the train station, tram, and buses. It is right across the road from Les Halles Paul Bocuse, a fantastic food hall. The room was spacious with tall ceilings and large windows that could be opened completely. The bathroom was lovely and there was a safe in the room. The apartment style allowed us to prepare our own meals, and it even had a washer/dryer. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and most spoke English well.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective in cooling it down.

Great location and apartment style! We stayed mid-September in a spacious one-bedroom suite. Despite concerns about the heat, the temperature was perfect and the hotel staff provided us with a fan. The room itself was fresh and smoke-free. The large windows, with their unique shutters, allowed plenty of natural light. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. The apartment style was convenient, with a small kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to bus stops and the metro, making it easy to explore the city. We felt safe, even at night, and the hotel was across from a school and playground. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
