The rooms are beautifully done, well-equipped, and offer great views of the pool courtyard or the sea-face and backwaters. The food at the hotel's restaurants is spectacular and the Library Blue Bar is a great place to relax. The staff is polite, charming, well-trained, and efficient, always serving with a smile.

The banquets team is accommodating and ensures the success of events.

Christmas at this 5-star hotel was amazing. the complimentary welcome drink and Christmas cookies were a nice touch. the hotel's key location close to the beach made for a lovely stroll. Plus, the rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to relax.

The Christmas dinner buffet was a bit disappointing with limited options and the food was average. the room was a bit smaller than expected.

the leela palace was even better than our previous stay in chennai. friendly staff, amazing ambience, and beautiful flower arrangements. can't praise it enough!
