What an amazing stay! Very clean, great location, and the most helpful and friendly staff. I was kindly upgraded to a superior room by the reception staff. The room was spotless with all amenities you could need. Stylishly decorated throughout the hotel. LGBTQ+ friendly. Within a couple of minutes' walk to the main shopping area and a few more to all the historical attractions. Grocery stores and shops nearby.

Additionally, it is very close to the airport, perfect for those arriving or departing by air. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with modern decor and plenty of amenities.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to sightseeing and transport. Only drawback was the expensive breakfast. highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for NYE celebrations, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Easy access to public transportation and airport shuttle. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process quite smooth.

The room was very small and uncomfortable, with poor air conditioning and a shower that flooded the bathroom area. the noise from the street outside made it quite difficult to sleep at night.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel near the metro in Toulouse. the staff at Citiz Hotel were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the hotel itself was very secure and I felt safe during my entire stay. the cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the warm water in the shower made for a great experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, with many cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as the convenience of the metro station being close by.
