Staff helped with travel tips on my first stay. Amenities like Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Poolside snack bar, Fitness centre suit me perfectly. No smoking policy, Air conditioning, Outdoor swimming pool are bonuses. the place has all I need, coming back for city trip.

The hotel is located in the center of the island, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations, with a stunning view from the balcony. The bathroom was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Most importantly, the hotel is situated right on the beach, allowing for easy access to sun, sand, and relaxation.

It would have been nice if the hotel had more vibrant and well-maintained plants and trees to create a more pleasant and fresh landscape.

I had a very pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel. The location was convenient, with the center being within walking distance and free shuttle buses available. The hotel was very clean and quiet, creating a peaceful environment. The beachfront access was a bonus, and the friendly and informative staff made the experience even better. The hotel had a modern and updated feel, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

During my Easter break, I had a nice staying experience. I really appreciated the complementary breakfast and parking offered by the hotel. the location of the hotel was well connected to public transportation and walking distance from a beautiful beach. the swimming pool was one of the great advantages of this hotel, with warm and clean water.

I felt that the rooms were a bit old and dusty, and that the bed linens and towels needed upgrading. the staff at times seemed uninterested in serving and unresponsive to requests.
