I was really annoyed by the limited food options at this hotel. They claimed a 24/7 restaurant, but it felt like a joke. Pre-made, overpriced meals that barely varied? Such a letdown after a long travel day. Not cool!

I had a fantastic stay and found it incredibly easy to access the terminal area, with a simple 15-minute walk from Terminal 2 through Terminal 3 to the hotel, making it a perfect choice for a brief 24-hour visit as I could also easily explore charming local spots like the Church of Saint-Medard, which is just over 3 km away, and the lively Galaxie Bar just a few steps away. The staff were friendly and the hotel features modern amenities with a relaxing lounge area, but I wish there were more available housekeeping services during late check-in hours.

Easy to find after arriving at Terminal 2, and check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly staff. The room was clean and cozy, with fresh sheets and cool lighting. the air conditioning was ineffective and made for an uncomfortable night, despite manager Lulu’s kind offer for a refund. Breakfast was tasty but limited. The atmosphere was youthful and vibrant, with a modern design. A bit cramped for two, but it’s great for solo travelers. A nice stay overall, but a couple of improvements would definitely enhance the experience.

Perfect location for an overnight. Easy walk from T2 via shuttle train—about 15 minutes. The lobby and bar are inviting, with late food options. Exceptional value. Staff are warm, friendly, and professional. The room is clean, with a comfortable bed and fabulous pillows. A standout feature was the breakfast—fresh fruit, a variety of hot food, and delectable breads. Modern setup, quick check-in and out, but the iPad controls add a learning curve. The room could use extra pillows and cooler air. Beware the menu; my chicken tagine came with giant couscous instead. Quiet atmosphere despite airport proximity. A minor note: no cash on-site and hot food at breakfast could be hotter.

CitizenM Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport offers a comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast buffet that exceeded expectations. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute stroll to the train for easy access to both terminals and Paris, making it a perfect choice for travelers.

The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small. The bed was wide and very cozy; I slept well. High-tech controls worked seamlessly, enhancing the experience. The efficiency of the blinds for light control was another plus. the tiny faucet in the bathroom was awkward for brushing teeth. I did notice some hair on the bed and lipstick stains on a towel, which could have been addressed better. The bathroom pod design seemed a bit dated, with a corroded hinge. A little more attention to detail could elevate the comfort significantly.

The staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable.

A short 7-hour stay at Citizenm near CDG was surprisingly pleasant. Efficient self-check-in, compact yet comfortable room. Convenient for early flights. Great groundwork, minor issues aside. Looking forward to more across the pond.

Just stayed at this airport hotel and LOVED the pod-modular style rooms with top-notch facilities. the bottomless coffee at breakfast was a lifesaver. Would definitely book again! the room looked better in person than in photos.
