The condo was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable king bed and a large bathroom. Its location was ideal, just a short walk to the Strip. minor maintenance issues and inconsistent valet service detracted from an otherwise delightful experience.

The room was spacious, with a wonderful jet tub in the master bathroom. the strong smell of cigar lingered inside, which was off-putting. The bathroom had hairs scattered around, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers looked mixed up, adding to the confusion. The balcony view was perfect at night, offering a beautifully lit scene. Despite being quiet, the light in one room wouldn’t turn off and had no cover. Staff interactions were friendly, but communication before arrival was lacking. Some furniture was missing on the balcony, reducing its usability.

The property boasts stunning views of the Strip and a spacious, comfortable studio. The large spa tub and well-stocked kitchen were highlights. communication issues with staff were frustrating, especially concerning a lost phone. The valet service was quick, but I felt uneasy about my items being removed from the car. While the location was convenient, the hallways showed wear, and the bed needed an upgrade. Despite the beautiful setting and amenities, the inconsistency in room quality and service left me feeling conflicted about a return visit.

Having stayed here multiple times, I can confidently say that it's just a short walk from fabulous spots like the MGM Grand and the Miracle Mile Shops, with various restaurants and entertainment options within easy reach; the roomy suites makes it ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring, but the limited pool seating could really use an upgrade since it's only open on weekends.

The amenities were impressive, with a heated pool, fitness center, sauna, and hot tub. Valet service was awesome too. Easy access to MGM Grand is a major plus.

On-site Starbucks is a fantastic touch. Friendly staff and helpful bell service made a significant difference, especially when I required assistance with my bags after checkout. communication faltered. Multiple issues arose with the kitchenware and the bathroom. The valet lost my vehicle, and there was a concerning lack of accountability regarding my car's battery. The mattress was softer than I prefer, but that’s subjective. Cleanliness and access to MGM facilities are commendable, yet the experience was marred by these hurdles. Communication needs to improve for a seamless stay.

We were totally let down by the lack of proper service. After a long day, we returned to find chaotic parking with no valet available, forcing us to walk a long way through a crowded casino—definitely not what we signed up for!
