I was amazed by the historic elegance and modern luxury of this hotel, especially the corner room with a stunning view of the Grand River. The top-notch dining options were exceptional and I enjoyed the outdoor seating area. I highly recommend Curio Collection for its charm and convenience.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a great location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. With towers and historic rooms, there is something to satisfy all preferences. The public spaces are lovely and opulent, making for a great first impression. The room service is exceptional - we received our morning order promptly and the breakfast tasted fresh. Furthermore, the facilities are clean and kept in good condition.

There was one area where we encountered some issues, "Green Service. " Initially, we were under the assumption that it meant the sheets would not be changed for three days, but it turned out that this means no one will tend to your room at all.

Our stay at Amway Grand was fantastic! We were in town for a performance at the DeVos center and the hotel's location was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was well-maintained and our room had a beautiful view of the river. The beds were comfortable, and we loved spending evenings on Wolfgang's outdoor patio. The tile shower was a nice touch, and everything was impeccably clean. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back.

Blend of old and new, beautiful lobby. Room in old tower had tiny bathroom. Pool and fitness center lovely. Good location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, especially because it was near the Convention Center where the AQS QUILT SHOW was being held. Additionally, I loved staying in one of the highest level rooms in the tower. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast that I ordered was delicious and always served hot. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the friendly receptionist who checked me in to the bartenders in the lobby area. The parking situation was great, and I appreciated the connection through the skyway due to construction in the city.

I had a fantastic stay at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids. The hotel has a beautiful blend of old and new architecture, and my room was clean and comfortable. The view from my 24th floor room was amazing! I also enjoyed the lovely pool and fitness center. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Grand Rapids and had a wonderful New Year's experience. the first thing I liked about the hotel was the beautiful and historic building. It had a unique charm that added to the overall ambiance of the stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated on the river, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean room. the bed was cozy and the shower was immaculate, making my stay truly comfortable.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. the parking situation was a bit disappointing.

This hotel is definitely a gem! I was pleasantly surprised by how much value for money I got. For the price, the attention to detail was top-notch. We stayed on one of the highest level rooms and had the most incredible view of the city. The staff was so friendly and always willing to assist. The king size bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies. Plus, the breakfast included was delicious and got us ready for our day in no time.
