The room at Citizenm was a truly unique and exciting experience. The modern design and retro vibe made it feel like a cosmic capsule from the '60s and '70s. I loved being able to control the mood of the room with the iPad, especially the enjoyable lights. The spacious shower was a highlight, with enough room for two people. Despite the small size, the room was super cozy and we wished we had another night there. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great value for money and modern room with a stunning view! the room had all the amenities we needed, including a safe, mini-fridge, and tablet-controlled mood lighting. the bed was comfortable and we had extra pillows for a cozy stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options like train, metro, and buses. Plus, there was a bakery nearby for a quick breakfast option. Best of all, the staff was amazing, especially Ellie who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us during our stay.

A minor setback was the lack of privacy in the bathroom with transparent walls, but given the size of the room, it was understandable. Another disappointment was the additional cost for cleaning the room, which was not communicated to us upon arrival.

We loved staying at this place! The location was excellent since it was very close to the metro which made it easy for us to go to the city centre. The service was top-notch and the room had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to air conditioning. We were also impressed by the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the 24-hour reception and security. The free Wi-Fi was definitely a plus for us and we also loved the leisure/TV room.

Plus, the location of this hotel is superb! It is located very close to the train station and the metro station. You can easily get to anywhere in the city. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at CitizenM Paris Gare De Lyon. The hotel's location near the train station was extremely convenient for me. The room was compact but well-designed with cool features like mood lighting and blinds controlled by an iPad. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I also appreciated being able to stay until 4 pm on my departure day. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a couple, we loved the convenient location of the hotel near Gare de Lyon, making it easy for us to travel around the city. The metro connections from this station were excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel had a trendy and modern atmosphere, and our room was comfortable with a nice view of the river and even the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a great way to start our days.
