Unfortunately, the room cleaning was subpar. I was frustrated to find that the toilet paper and facial tissues weren't restocked during my stay, forcing me to navigate the hotel to make requests. When I asked for some much-needed facial tissue, the staff informed me they had run out! Overall, these cleanliness issues negatively impacted my experience.

first of all, i would like to commend the design, very futuristic, for a tech-savvy genius. sadly, my experience was not so 'smart' as the air conditioning was broken in two rooms, resulting in a dreadful night and wet belongings. just a complimentary bottle of water could've elevated my stay, but alas, standard treatment it seems!

the location is a short stroll from the train station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. the staff were genuinely helpful, providing great local tips, and the canteen's 24/7 availability for snacks was a bonus.

Loved the quirky design and great location near the metro, which made exploring easy. The staff excelled in their kindness and support, especially during a luggage mishap. The room was functional, but small, and the setup of the bathroom lacked privacy. Still, an enjoyable experience overall.
