The Best Western Gateway Grand in Gainesville was a lifesaver for us during our stay due to a hurricane. The room we booked was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near outside access doors, making it easy for us to take our dog out without having to navigate through the lobby. The hotel's proximity to medical centers and the state park was also a huge plus, making our stay stress-free and convenient.

The only minor downside was that the continental breakfast was basic, unlike the other superior amenities offered by the hotel. It would have been nice to have more varied breakfast options to start the day off right.

Loved the convenience to all the interesting spots in town, especially the legendary stadium, hospitals, airport, and natural springs. The breakfast was great and the Gators Den was a perfect spot to unwind.
