The best aspects of our stay were the friendly and helpful staff, who were great with the kids. the hotel's location was also a key factor for us, as it was just a short 15-minute walk along the river to the park and Disney Village. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including cereals, pastries, bacon.

The worst aspect of our stay was the uncomfortable beds. the mattresses were thin and hard, making for a restless night's sleep.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic. For the price we paid, we got a spacious room with two double beds and a travel cot, along with a good-sized bathroom complete with a bath and shower. The basic amenities were all there, including USB chargers in the room, which was a great touch. The location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to the path that leads to the Disney Village.

Some areas of the hotel showed a bit of wear and tear, but overall, everything was okay.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was right beside the bus stop and close to the riverside walk to the theme parks and Disney Village. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great shower and comfy bed in our lovely themed room. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us, especially when I hurt my back. The man from reception not only helped me with my luggage, but even offered to drive us to our next destination. We also appreciated the early access to the parks in the morning, allowing us to enjoy some rides before the crowds arrived.

Great place for a family stay, rooms were clean and adequate. the food was varied and you could have as much as you like. the hotel had a spacious complex with lots of room to run around, they even had horses and pony rides. the bus to and from the hotel to the park was very frequent.

Check-in process could be improved, as there were long queues and it took almost 3 hours to check-in. the reception area needs to be larger with enough space to seat people who don't need to queue.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful, Christmassy foyer that set the holiday spirit right away. Our room, Doc Holliday, was Toy Story themed and absolutely adorable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had the most powerful water pressure I've experienced in a long time. The hotel location was also great, just a short 15-minute walk from Disney Village. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The on-site Starbucks and gift shop were convenient as well. we had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

The only drawbacks were that the room had a slight draft coming from the window and the bathrooms had high sides, making me a bit nervous getting in and out of the tub. Additionally, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
