We absolutely loved our stay at this stylish and comfy hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore everything on foot. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the price was great for our low-budget travel needs. The recently refurbished rooms were of excellent standard, and we particularly enjoyed the amazing view of Capitole square from our bed. The soundproofing and air conditioning kept the room quiet and comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace outside. highly recommended!

You can enjoy a fabulous location and explore the vibrant streets of Toulouse with ease. The rooms are nice and spacious, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of healthy options and good quality overall.

The corridor and bathroom were quite cold, lacking heating despite the cold temperatures outside.

The toiletries provided could have been of better quality. the drainage system in the shower was not very efficient, as the water didn't drain properly.

The location is unbeatable, right next to one of the main squares. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and we were impressed that they all spoke Spanish. The breakfast buffet, which was included in the price, was a delightful start to our days. The hotel even offers a half-price discount for parking at the nearby public parking in Capitole Square, just a short walk away. a great value option for exploring Toulouse.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Denzel, Nicholas, and Vincent at the front desk. They went above and beyond to print my tickets and order taxis for me. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms. The bed linens were soft and the towels were plush. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking options and the sat nav in my car helped me navigate through the roadworks in the city. Despite being right in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful, catering to all my cravings. Coffee and croissants were available all day in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
