Limited power sockets in the room, inconvenient for charging devices. The doors to the fire escape were locked, felt unsafe.

The room was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The TV package offered a good variety of channels to choose from. The discounted parking was a bonus, saving us some money.

The room was quite small, with limited space outside the bed. It was difficult to even open our luggage.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated centrally with everything right on your doorstep. You can easily walk to all of the popular attractions and there are plenty of transport options. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The bar has amazing deals and there is even cheese and wine available each evening.

The elevator can be quite slow, and at times you may need to wait to get it.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Check-in was a breeze, and there were plenty of towels in the room. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy and compact room that had all the amenities I needed for a short business trip. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the Cavern Club area, making it easy to explore the city center and enjoy the nightlife. The staff were superb, from the helpful and friendly reception desk to the courteous service throughout my stay. Special shoutout to Jess at the reception desk, who made my experience even more lovely with her kindness.

I recently stayed at The Z Hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions like Albert docks and Mathew Street. The room I stayed in was incredibly clean and modern, with a spacious layout and a stunning view of the liver building. The bed was also very comfortable and had a clever section for storing luggage. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to assist with any requests. I especially appreciated the complimentary wine, beer, and cheese in the evening, a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and excellent service.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the lovely rooms and affordable prices. The service from reception to cleaning was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The mirrors in the room without a window created a sense of space, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable during the heat wave. The complimentary bread and cheese in the bar area were a nice touch. it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again.

Although our room was small, it was expertly designed to maximize space and felt cozy, not cramped. The complimentary wine and cheese every day was a lovely touch. Perfect location too.

Had a nice Easter weekend. The complimentary chocolates were really good and the breakfast had a decent spread. , the location was spot on, just a short walk away from all the attractions and restaurants. Plus, the view from the room was breathtaking.

The room was extremely small and cramped, we could barely move around. , the bathroom had some hygiene issues.
