The Grand Hotel Europa provided excellent value for money with clean and comfortable rooms, along with reliable wifi. The location was wonderful, offering a beautiful view of the city center from our balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a great customer service experience. The food served was delicious and plentiful, adding to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

One small area for improvement would be the breakfast options. While the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of hot and cold items, it would have been even better to have more options like cereals, fruits, and pastries available.

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location and the fact that we could park our car easily. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the staff in general knew how to provide excellent service. Our room was well-equipped and the view from the balcony was stunning, allowing us to see the city center. The food at the hotel was delicious and there was plenty of it to satisfy our appetites.

Great hotel with a few small flaws

The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and a bustling park right next door. The front desk staff was friendly, and the buffet-style breakfast was delicious. Our room on the 7th floor had a stunning view of a mosque and the Shkoder lake. Although there were a few minor issues like a faulty air conditioning and a wobbly shower head, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel even had an outdoor swimming pool, although we didn't have a chance to use it. Despite these small flaws, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a prime location, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities. the staff were welcoming and provided good customer service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the food served at the hotel was impressive and the waiting staff were professional and efficient.

Despite the luxurious appearance, there were signs of lack of maintenance, such as chipped tiles and worn-out door frames. the air conditioning in the room was subpar and the soundproofing between rooms was inadequate.

The hotel's location in the very city center is ideal for exploring the area. We found the hotel to be in a calm and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views of the city.

Great location and beautiful lobby. We were upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when we requested a late check-out due to a member of our party feeling unwell. Despite some minor issues, we enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Europa.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. Le parking gratuit et l'accueil 24h/24 étaient des plus appréciés. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec un grand lit confortable. La salle de bain était moderne et disposait de toilettes séparées. Les volets électriques nous ont permis de profiter d'une grasse matinée sans être dérangés par la lumière du jour. De plus, l'hôtel était facile d'accès depuis le parc du Puy du Fou, ce qui était très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était également parfait.

Nous avons été déçus par l'accueil froid et la demande de régler immédiatement à notre arrivée. Nous aurions préféré régler au moment du départ, comme cela est habituel.
