The Grand Hotel Europa provided excellent value for money with clean and comfortable rooms, along with reliable wifi. The location was wonderful, offering a beautiful view of the city center from our balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a great customer service experience. The food served was delicious and plentiful, adding to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

One small area for improvement would be the breakfast options. While the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of hot and cold items, it would have been even better to have more options like cereals, fruits, and pastries available.

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location and the fact that we could park our car easily. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the staff in general knew how to provide excellent service. Our room was well-equipped and the view from the balcony was stunning, allowing us to see the city center. The food at the hotel was delicious and there was plenty of it to satisfy our appetites.

Great hotel with a few small flaws

The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and a bustling park right next door. The front desk staff was friendly, and the buffet-style breakfast was delicious. Our room on the 7th floor had a stunning view of a mosque and the Shkoder lake. Although there were a few minor issues like a faulty air conditioning and a wobbly shower head, the overall experience was excellent. The hotel even had an outdoor swimming pool, although we didn't have a chance to use it. Despite these small flaws, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Despite the luxurious appearance, there were signs of lack of maintenance, such as chipped tiles and worn-out door frames. the air conditioning in the room was subpar and the soundproofing between rooms was inadequate.
