We got great value for our money at this lovely hotel. The room was cozy with a bonus balcony and plenty of storage space. The location was fantastic, just a few meters away from the cable cars and all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff at Fleur Des Neiges were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.

It would have been even better if there were coffee making facilities in the room. However, they did serve lovely teas at the bar.

The breakfast was decent and the pool was refreshing after a hot day. the hotel was located near some good restaurants and was within walking distance to other attractions in the area.

The room was small and had outdated furnishings. not the best hotel experience.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and high-quality sheets. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a games room, sauna, and heated boot racks. The location was perfect, with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for walking into the town centre and only a few minutes away from the main ski lifts. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

A nostalgic return trip with a relaxing, family-run hotel. High-quality and delicious breakfast and dinner. Wide mix of clientele. Friendly and professional staff. Lovely garden. Plenty of storage space in rooms. A true alpine gem.

Almost perfect.

This hotel is brilliant, right in the centre of Morzine, perfect for accessing the ski lifts and shopping/restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good showers, and there is plenty of storage space, which is often lacking in alpine accommodation. The lounge/bar area is nice to sit and chill in, with a large choice of drinks available. The breakfast was excellent, with continuous freshly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon, and the coffee was really tasty.

I recently stayed at Fleur Des Neiges for a few days and it was a delightful experience. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel is conveniently located close to the town, yet still manages to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the great email communication with Delphine prior to my arrival, and they even fulfilled my request for an upper floor room. The hotel also offers fantastic amenities, such as a pool and tennis court, which I made use of after a long day of exploring.

fleur des neiges made our stay in morzine absolutely perfect. the hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, the hotel had everything we needed, and the room was beautiful with a stunning view. with heated boot racks, ski storage, a games room, and a sauna, it had everything for a great ski holiday. we can't wait to come back!
