Amazing breakfast with city view, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, GREAT value for money, prompt resolution of payment issue.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the center of a lively area. The staff at Belci City Residence were incredibly polite and understanding. After a long journey, we were just handed the key and all payment issues were resolved the next morning. The breakfast was delicious with made-to-order omelettes and the view from the terrace was stunning. The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the staff, especially Berkcan, Eray, and Metin. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, helped us book taxis, and even provided an on-the-go breakfast for our early day trip. We were also pleased with the soundproofing doors that kept the street noise at bay. But what we loved the most was the incredibly comfortable bed - the best we've ever had in all our travels around Turkey.
