We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites in Paris. The location was great, with the metro and restaurants just a short walk away. The Westfield Mall, with its variety of stores and supermarket, was only one metro stop away. Plus, the hotel was only seven stops from Champs Elysee, making it convenient for exploring the city. The daily cleaning service was exceptional, and we particularly enjoyed the chicken wings served at breakfast. Being able to take breakfast upstairs was a huge help, especially with our young kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Paris.

The suite at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable, with a spacious room and clean bathroom. The location was convenient, being next to a metro station and close to the city center. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. There were facilities like a separate kitchen room with kitchenette and microwave, and even a self-service laundry. The security was top-notch, with access to the hotel and room floors only through a room keycard.

The information provided by the hotel staff was poor, with confusion regarding the parking area and hotel layout.

The only thing that made my stay at this hotel bearable was the complimentary coffee and tea served all day long and the fresh towels provided daily. the location, although not close to key tourist spots, was still convenient as it was near a metro station. Another advantage was the availability of a fitness center.

The service at this hotel was horrible. Upon arrival, we had to wait outside in the rain for them to open the gate and then walk through a pathway while pushing heavy luggages and a wheelchair.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for a week and were impressed with its exclusive amenities. the room provided us with a stunning view of the city from the sun terrace. the private facilities were top-notch, featuring a bar/lounge area that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. the service was impeccable, with the staff always eager to meet our needs.

The only negative aspect we noticed was the location. Though it was near many attractions, we had to walk quite a distance to get to the nearest grocery store or bakery.
