We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfy, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore this beautiful city on foot. The parking facilities were convenient, and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no charge for overnight parking. The breakfast in the beautiful dining room was a highlight, with a good selection and attentive staff.

Had a great experience during my xmas stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to the old town and its attractions. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The hotel could use some refurbishment, as the furniture and equipment felt a bit outdated.

The Balkon lounge is perfect for impressing guests with cocktails. The hotel's location on Maximilian Street is top-notch. The Balkonsaal hall is fully equipped for any event. The classic dining hall and modern rooms are a great combination.

I just loved how dark and poorly lit our room was. And who needs ice, right?

Housed in a beautiful late 19th-century building, it boasts classical elements, creating a palatial atmosphere. The large, clean rooms with comfy double beds ensure a comfortable stay. The separate toilet from the bathroom adds a nice touch. Guests have praised the good breakfast and the free coffee and tea provided in the lobby throughout the day.

The general maintenance of the hotel could be improved, with some dustiness seen in the stucco and chandeliers.

I recently stayed at Eurostars in Regensburg and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast choice was plentiful and the staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and the hotel was easy to walk to from the train station. It was also conveniently located close to the palace and within walking distance to the old town. I would definitely stay here again.
