Huge surprise! The apartments are incredibly spacious, offering unbeatable value and prime location. The duplex room is perfect for families, with large living areas and rooms upstairs. The breakfast is fresh, though could use more options. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view is jaw-dropping, overlooking the entire street and famous landmarks. The kitchen is well-equipped, beds are comfy, and the bathroom layout is convenient. This place exceeded all expectations!

We absolutely loved our stay at Fraser Suites. The location on the Champs-Élysées was unbeatable and the renovated one bedroom premiere suite was incredibly spacious with luxurious furniture. The complete kitchen with dishwasher was a great addition. The staff was always quick to respond to our requests and the overall service was excellent. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although we wished there was an omelette station or more types of cheese. We will definitely be coming back!

As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt the luxury atmosphere. the staff was attentive and always available to help, from ordering taxis to recommending restaurants. the room was impeccably clean and had exclusive amenities such as a large TV and beautiful private facilities. the bar and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the Sun terrace offered stunning views of the city.

Spent an amazing New Year's Eve in what can only be described as a top-class hotel. the complementary champagne and snacks on arrival were a nice touch, as was the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. the hotel's location was perfect, only a few minutes' walk from a variety of restaurants and cafés, and with easy access to local attractions. We also loved the cozy atmosphere created by the hotel's beautiful seating area outside, complete with a designated smoking area.

The only negative aspect was a minor issue with the room's heating, which didn't quite keep up with the chilly Parisian winter. However, the staff were quick to provide us with extra blankets which definitely helped.
