The value for the money was excellent at this hotel. the room was clean, comfy, and smelled amazing. Located conveniently, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. Cons: the food for breakfast could be more accessible for early risers.

My stay at Tru was fantastic! I stayed for three nights for leisure. the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast selection was amazing, and the water bottle filling stations were convenient. I loved the comfortable beds, the cool room temperature, and the 24/7 availability of tea/coffee. The lobby's games and comfortable seating areas made for a great social environment. Cons: Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we were amazed by the fantastic breakfast choices, from a variety of items to exceptional options. the friendly and attentive staff made the experience even better. the open lobby areas and games like the pool table added a fun touch for both us and the kids. the hotel’s modern facilities and clean rooms, along with the top-notch service, made it a memorable and delightful stay.

The only downside was the amount of waste generated by the disposable breakfast items, making us feel guilty about the environmental impact. Additionally, the noisy air-conditioning unit in the room was a bit bothersome compared to other hotels we've stayed in recently.
