Cute lobby with a delightful Disney shop!

During my stay, I found it disappointing that the hotel lacked proper dining options. The only restaurant on-site offered a limited menu, and it felt overpriced compared to other options we sought nearby. Additionally, the communication about airport transportation was misleading, as the promised service didn’t align with the actual bus schedule, leaving us stressed about how to get to the airport on time. This aspect significantly affected our overall experience, as we had expected a more seamless transition back home.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the monorail for easy access to Disneyland. Staff are friendly, and I loved the variety of breakfast items available

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and excellent amenities truly enhance the experience, especially the electric kettle and individual pour-over coffee options. Breakfast features an impressive variety, seamlessly blending Western and Japanese cuisines, including handmade sushi. However, the breakfast reservation process is cumbersome, often resulting in lengthy wait times. The limited dining menu at night further detracts from the overall enjoyment, making it essential to explore nearby restaurants. Access to Disneyland via a free shuttle and the convenience store on-site for snacks are definite perks.

Gotta love the spaciousness of the place with amazing views of Disneyland. Staff was super helpful and responsive. The breakfast had a wide variety of Japanese and Western foods. So close to the parks.

A bit clunky with breakfast reservations. waiting for a table was a drag. Also, some older facilities could use a refresh.

Having various shops on-site made it easy to pick up essentials. The friendly staff made my time comfortable.
