The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and bars nearby. It is also conveniently close to transportation options, such as the Bastille metro station and the 1 metro line, which provides easy access to major attractions in the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with options for a small family. The bathrooms are beautifully designed and kept immaculate. The staff is friendly, multilingual, and responsive to guests' needs. Some rooms even offer stunning views of the river.

The beds in the hotel are on the very firm side.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I really enjoyed my time here. The location is great, situated on a quiet street with a beautiful view of the canal. I was pleased to find that it is conveniently located in-between three metro stations, making it easy to get around. The tree-lined marina added charm to this venue and made it feel even more special. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and more. The room itself was spacious and had plenty of amenities such as an in-room safe, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a kitchen fully equipped with cookware and utensils.

Families will be happy to know that this hotel is recommended for them.

I had the pleasure of staying in the Family suite at Goralska Residences for a week with my family. The spaciousness of the suite was a pleasant surprise, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two kitchen areas. The kitchen was well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove top, toaster, coffee machine. The hotel's location was convenient, with a metro station nearby for easy access to the rest of the city. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel personnel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I highly recommend Goralska Residences for a wonderful and comfortable stay in the city.

The breakfast was good and although it was brought to the room, it was still hot. The location of the hotel was convenient and close to different public transportation options. The room was also spacious, which is always a plus during business trips.

The staff was not welcoming and did not seem to be very interested in helping us during our stay. The room was not very clean and there were definitely some areas that needed more attention.

The view from the massive windows over the canal was beautiful, especially during the pink sunrise. The complimentary coffee, tea, chocolates, and sparkling and still water were lovely touches. The scented candles in the evening created a welcoming atmosphere.
