The staff didn't say 'hello'. They just wanted our passports. Then handed me some paper while we waited. So rude, right? But the hotel was huge! Had to walk so far! Our room? So big, deluxe, even had a foam party at the pool. the biggest I've ever seen! Son loved it. What's with the tuk tuks, though? Long walks! But overall, the food was amazing, great service, and the private beach was lush. Staff, take note: first impressions matter! .

I keep returning for holidays with no regrets. Helpful staff at first stay. Perfect stay with everything needed: Free Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, babysitting, pool. Express check, in. No pets or smoking allowed.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to restaurants, the ocean, and even the capital or Cambodia. It is also close to the safari, allowing guests to enjoy a few hours of wildlife exploration. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities, including a fridge, TV, and a variety of toiletries in the bathroom. The staff provides excellent service and the buffet restaurant offers a wide selection of delicious food. Guests can also enjoy the huge pool and beach area, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds available.

There is a slight language barrier with some staff members, making communication difficult at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and breakfast were all exceptional. the staff provided top-notch service, making my experience truly memorable.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving at this resort. the property and grounds were absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and an enormous pool that was perfect for a day of lounging in the sun. Not to mention, the location was perfect with easy access to the beach. the food was delicious and plentiful with a wide variety of options for each meal.

The only downside was the lack of storage in the rooms - there weren't enough drawers for our clothes, which made it difficult to stay organized. the pool area got pretty crowded and it was difficult to find a spot to relax during the peak hours.

Luxury awaits at this hotel with exclusive amenities such as a shimmering outdoor swimming pool, Spa & wellness centre, leisure/ TV room, and garden area. the service is outstanding, always with a smile and willing to go above and beyond. the location provides uninterrupted access to the picturesque beach and sun terrace. Our room had many advantages, offering a treatment room, facial, and spa lounge with the finest beauty treatments available.

with the day filled with activities such as beachfront massages, body scrubs, full body massages and access to the aqua park, we were happy to relax with the sound of the ocean as our background music.
