I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The decor was stylish and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. I especially loved the great view from the balcony. The staff went above and beyond to exceed my expectations, providing excellent service and being extremely helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in front of the slopes and just opposite the main ski lift. This made it incredibly convenient for me to enjoy my skiing experience. Additionally, the hotel had amazing facilities such as a spa and outdoor swimming pool, offering the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It is a truly wonderful place to stay, providing enhanced comfort, quality services, and a convenient location for both skiing and relaxation.

Lovely restaurant, good standard food. Excellent breakfast. Great personnel, clean modern room, good Wifi. Convenient location for VTT and mountain bikes. Very close to Cite of Vauban. Cable car goes up to 2500 m. Smart, well-furnished with lovely bar, restaurant and terrace. Superb location, main ski lift 50m from ski room door. Good ski shop/rental in lobby. Incredibly helpful staff. Flexible reservation changes, room upgrade. Excellent breakfast and facilities. Free tennis racquets and balls. Free access to spa.

The breakfast was decent and the location was convenient. It was easy to get around from the hotel and there were many attractions nearby. the staff was generally pleasant and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. the walls were paper-thin and the guests in adjoining rooms were rowdy, making it impossible to rest or relax.

the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel itself was nicely appointed and the spa was a great addition. One of the highlights was the comfortable bed in my room. the bathroom had a fantastic shower, one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. the convenience of the hotel's ski and boot room made my skiing experience even better. I would definitely stay at this hotel again due to the exceptional service and great location.
