Our stay at the Imperial Hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. It was a significant improvement from my last visit, and I particularly loved the bread pudding. The hotel's eco-friendly approach to housekeeping was also appreciated, allowing us to choose when we wanted our room serviced. Additionally, the hotel's connection to a mall was a great convenience.

I recently had a business trip to the Imperial Hotel, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a food court just opposite where I could grab a quick bite. It was also near the city center and other malls, making it easy for me to explore and shop during my free time. The room itself was spacious and had a nice ambiance, with a comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's rest. The view from my room, overlooking the swimming pool, was also quite pleasant. Additionally, the hotel was practically near the airport, which was convenient for my travel plans.

That there were some issues with the front desk staff. They seemed to have communication problems and were not able to handle certain requests professionally.

The staff was not very welcoming or friendly. There was no action taken on the cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking zone.

We loved staying here as it was very close to the airport and had a shopping mall right beside it. The staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service, as they were more than happy to accommodate a last minute change in arrangements. We appreciated the comfortable sitting area in our room and the flat-screen TV with carpeted floor. The halal food in the dining restaurant was amazing, and the staff were always available to help us without request. a great experience!

I had a nice, memorable stay at Imperial Hotel. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Despite a poor view from my 7th-floor room, the staff was friendly and polite. The location is great and the room service food quality met my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
