the location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro stop. the room was clean and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. the best part was the great price I got for a single room in such a prime location. a fantastic stay at Suites & Hotel Helzear Champs-Elysees.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to do, including multiple metro stations for convenient transportation. There were many great restaurants within walking distance, and the area had next to no traffic. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent service, including room service, housekeeping, and grocery shopping. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including a kitchenette, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms.

For a weekend in the heart of the city, we found the location ideal. The hotel is situated very near to many luxury shops, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms on the upper floors offer a great view of the surrounding area. the staff at the lobby were excellent, providing excellent service.

One negative aspect was that the rooms were quite small, especially for families with kids.

We were in Paris for Christmas and while the location of the hotel was good, close to restaurants and attractions, the highlight of our stay were the complementary hot chocolate and Christmas cookies provided in the lobby. the view from our room was also lovely, and we enjoyed watching all the holiday lights outside.

Our experience at the hotel was not all positive. the room was cramped and lacked sufficient storage space for our luggage.
