The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being cleaned daily. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast which was varied and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to take free coffee when we were waiting for our bus after check-out. The location was perfect, with the city center and La Rambla just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel offered quadruple rooms which were perfect for our group.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel is located in a quiet street and close to a metro station, which is very convenient for trips further afield. We were able to catch the Aero blue bus early in the morning for the Airport, and we were surprised to see a cab pick us up. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the main city attractions.

One thing to note is that noise from the hallway and neighbors carries through the walls in some rooms.

The location is great, just a short walk from popular attractions. We had a bit of trouble with the air conditioning, but the staff were quick to assist us and made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the toiletries provided. I'd recommend this hotel for its convenience and helpful staff.

Conveniently located near Universitat metro station and popular landmarks, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Comfortable room with functional air conditioning and satisfactory water pressure in the clean bathroom. Good breakfast and friendly, efficient staff. Handy computer and printer available for guest use, along with secure luggage storage and a useful shower and changing room option after check-out.

Great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms that have all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to main attractions and Russian-speaking staff who were extremely helpful.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a train station just 5 minutes away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also only a 10-minute walk to La Rambla, and there are metro and bus stations easily accessible. The hotel provides great amenities, including good wifi, a nice coffee machine on the first floor, and the staff is amazing. They were available for a late-night check-in after our delayed flight and the room cleaning service was exceptional. The rooms at this hotel are fabulous, with good sound and temperature insulation, making for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was the largest I've seen in Europe, with so many delicious options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Plaça de Catalunya and has great connections to the metro and airport bus line. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Barcelona!

The lounge area was posh and clean, and we loved the messages on the shampoo bottles that brought a smile every time we used them. the female reception staff was superb and very helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Another great thing about this hotel was its location, with the metro station being close by and making it easy for us to get around.

The windows were not soundproof and we could hear all the noise and traffic from outside, which could be quite disturbing. we weren't informed about the ongoing refurbishment until we arrived, which meant being woken up early by loud builders and having cardboard all over the floors.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff at Acta Splendid were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist us. They even helped us book tickets for various attractions and surprised us with a complimentary bottle for my partner's birthday! the location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of options for dining, shopping, and sightseeing nearby. It was conveniently close to the subway stop Universitat and Plaza Catalunya, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. We will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Barcelona!
