We had an amazing stay at Ho36! the rooms were clean and newly renovated, with comfortable beds. the staff, especially Clement Desmares, were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Clement even helped us print our boarding cards through his personal email address. the hostel had a cozy bar on the ground floor, with an outside seating area. the vibe was great, and the price for such a hostel was really good! We also loved the reception area, which was beautifully decorated.

The hostel had electronic bracelets as room keys, which made it hard to lose them. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Margo. the wifi always worked well, and there was a coin-operated guest laundry available. the hostel had good blinds on the windows, providing privacy and blocking out excessive light. the hostel had a new and well-maintained feel to it.

The hostel had a cramped dorm room with squeaky and difficult-to-access luggage drawers. the bathroom design was a bit weird, with the toilet in a separate room from the sink.
